Ladies day is the next fashionable date on the Hamilton Park Racecourse calendar and POSED Magazine were lucky enough to use their spectacular venue as backdrop to our recent editorial spread. On Sat 31st July women will gather for a fashion extravaganza in their race day best, but don't worry if you haven't picked your outfit yet - here are a few ideas from POSED.
Throughout the summer Hamilton Park plays host to 18 race meetings as well as a variety of other events during the season. Here are a few of the key events coming up over the next few months including the very glamorous Ladies night and Totesport's grand finale the Final Fling.

Coming Events at Hamilton Park Racecourse
Friday 23 July – JLS Concert
Hamilton park welcomes the UK’s favourite boy band, JLS, to perform at the venue’s first ever stand alone concert. Organisers have also managed to negotiate 12 meet and greet packages which will be allocated following a random prize draw (involving everyone who has purchased a ticket to the concert) in the run up to the event. Saturday 31 July - Ladies Night (Gates open from 4.40pm)
One of the most glamorous fixtures of the season, Hamilton Park’s Ladies Night combines top class horse racing (this fixture is also one of the track’s super-seven meetings) with a fabulous night of fashion and prizes – not to mention some retail therapy in the marquee. The racecourse invites all female guests to dress up in their most glamorous outfits to compete for the evening’s “Best Dressed” title. Live music will also be provided by Big Vern 'n' the Shootahs to ensure this is an extra special evening for all.
Wednesday 11 August - Irish Night at Hamilton Park (Gates open at 3.50pm)
They say no-one knows how to party quite like the Irish, so throw your cares aside and join Hamilton Park for Irish Night. The Emerald Isle-inspired party night comes complete with Irish themed food, entertainment and live music from the Raggle Taggle Gypsies. Nothing will get your toes tapping quite like Irish Night.
Friday 27 August- Forces & Services Night with live music from Alesha Dixon (Gates open from 3.30pm)
Forces and Services Night, one of Hamilton Park’s Super Seven fixtures, was set up to allow the community to pay tribute to local military and emergency services personnel with Alesha Dixon the feather in the cap of what promises to be a memorable night which will also feature a display from the Golden Lions Parachute team.
Monday 20 September- Totesport Final Fling (Gates open from 12.10pm)
Rounding off the season, come along for the Totesport Final Fling to enjoy the last opportunity in 2010 to watch the racing, try to take a little more money from the bookies or just enjoy the atmosphere.
